Recreation Facilities Request

Welcome to the Sandhills Rec Facilities Reservation system. At this time, our facilities are available only to church members and regular attenders. Facility use is by reservation only; all reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  

• SportCourt (fenced in multi-sport court)
• Sand Volleyball Court
• Picnic Pavilion

Things to Know:

• All communications concerning your reservation will be via email.
• The person reserving the area will be held responsible for everyone following the rules of the courts, keeping the areas clean, and locking SportCourt when finished.
• Use the facilities when you are scheduled only. 
• The recreation area is under video surveillance at all times. Any unauthorized use is considered trespassing and may result in law enforcement response.
• Violations of the approved scheduling system or any court rules may result in cancellation of your scheduling permissions.

In order to reserve rec facilities for the first time, please follow the steps below to gain access to our scheduling system:

Step #1   Verify Membership Status
Please fill out this form to verify your membership status (the rec facilities are available to church members and regular attenders only).

Step #2   Set Up an Account
Verified users (usually takes about a day) will receive an email with a link to create an account in our scheduling system.

Step #3   Have Fun!
Once you have completed step #2 you will be able to log in here to schedule court time. All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; if you are reserving the fenced in SportCourt area, you will receive an email with a gate entry code for use at the time of your reservation.

Outside Organizations: To rent the court for a one-time special event, please send a request to office@sandhillschurch.org. (note: regularly recurring events or team practices are not permitted.)
