We live in a world of spiritual doubts and unbelief, in which so many of our neighbors, friends and acquaintances have false beliefs and misunderstandings about God, some of which may be keeping them from faith. And the Apostle Peter instructs us to be a witness to those we encounter, whenever presented with the opportunity to do: "...but in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect..." (1 Peter 3:15). And even Believers can have questions or doubts about the Bible that may limit their own faith and understandings - potentially inhibiting their ability to reach others.
