We are pleased to be able to offer our facility to our local community. Please review the options below, and if you would like to reserve our facility, continue to the registration. One of our administrative team will review your application and get back with you in a few days regarding availability and fees . Completing the registration form does not guarantee that the facility will be available.

To begin, click the blue 'Register Now' button below. Enter your personal information, under 'Who's Attending?' click the button next to your name, choose 'Church-Sponsored' or 'Private Event', and the blue 'Continue' button.

If you select any of the add-ons during registration, only pay the $25.00 deposit fee. This fee will be refunded if your date is not available, or if you cancel your event more than 30 days prior. Please note that the church will not provide table linens.

Attendee Types

  • Building Rental Fee ($125.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum - waived for members): $125
  • Building Attendant ($20.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum): $20
  • Sound Technician ($20.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum): $20
  • Lighting Technician ($20.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum): $20
  • ProPresenter Technician ($20.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum) - If your material is not compatible with our system, there will be a fee to convert it.: $20
  • Camera Technician ($20.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum): $20
  • Stage Crew ($20.00 per hour, 2 hour minimum): $20
  • Cleaning Fee (some events will require professional cleaning): $150
