Baptism Interest Form

We are excited that you are taking this next step in your journey as a disciple of Jesus! After completing this form, a member of our Next Steps ministry will follow up with you and will walk with you every step of the way. Since this is such a significant spiritual milestone, you will need to complete our baptism class prior to scheduling a baptism date.

We will let you know the date for the next baptism class when we contact you. All Baptism classes take place on a scheduled Sunday from 12:30 to 2 p.m. with lunch and childcare provided.
